"Thunder" Wins First Place!

The crew of "Thunder" won the 1995 Annual Cypress Cove Billfish Tournament with a 402 LB Blue Marlin. This Blue Marlin was estimated by the Tournament official to meet the minimum requirements of a Blue Marlin of at least 400 LBS, before being boated. Six Marlin were tagged and released during this years competition, all anglers were encouraged to T & R their catch unless their fish was clearly larger than the Blue Marlin that "Thunder" boated.

The crew of "Faux-Pas" tagged a 400+ LB Blue Marlin, but graciously opted for the "Tag & Release" trophy for the 1995 Cypress Cove Billfish Tournament.

Congratulations to the crews of "Thunder" & "Faux Pas". Well Done!
