specialties of the galley. In addition, there are always plenty of snacks
available to you at any time. The Chandeleur Islands are spread over 40 miles of the
Gulf of Mexico, just south of Biloxi. Schools of redfish and speckled trout swim
along the uninhabited shell beaches, in shallow grass flats that promise outstanding
catches. The waters are calm and smooth at our anchorage on the lee side -- a sheltered
channel isolated fro the rest of the Gulf. On the Gulf side of the islands, surf fishing
is unparalleled. |
