From the processing room of Pete Giovenco comes a special blend of
deer meat and sausage seasoning made from the finest blends of spices. These complete
mixes can be used for everything: steaks, roast, ground meat, meatballs, lasagna,
casseroles, chili, bar-b-que rub, stew, etc.
Each pack seasons 25 pounds of product, packed for freshness, proven
successful for many years. We proudly present these original New Orleans blends I have
used for sausage making.
