backstrap, butterfly and roll it out until it's flat, line it with bacon, season, stuff
with a Creole meat stuffing, add a stick of smoke sausage, roll it back up, wrap with
bacon, jet net, and smoke it for 6 hours. WHAT A MEAL! It's completely cooked, ready to
eat, just heat it and enjoy.
We can even make these for you from your frozen backstraps. If you get tired of
