WE ALSO KNOCKED EM THIS MORNING!!  Capt Rory and I fished the Zachry Group today. We had 2 boats with 4 anglers in each boat. We picked them up at John Miremonts lodge in beautiful Fort Beauregard. We started off in the back of Hopedale and got on a speckled trout bite right away. We made 2 stops and that was all it took.  Both boats limited out on specked trout catching 125 each. In my boat they caught there limit of puppy drum 20 and 8 heads. We filled the box to the top and headed for the lodge. Capt Rory also had a beautiful box of fish.   125 SPECKLED TROUT 3 REDS 5 HEADS AND 4 PUPPY DRUM. All the fish were caught on Campo's live shrimp. Check out the dock shot below.

BEAUTIFUL DAY AT THE BEACH!!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Kit Marye Shawn and Pat. They drove in from Baton Rouge last night and got an early start this morning. We started off in the back of Hopedale and went further in from there. We caught fish everywhere we went today. A lot of schools had small fish in them and some had decent fish. We ended the day limiting out catching 100 speckled trout, 1 red , 8 puppy drum, 4 sheepshead and 1 flounder. We had a cajun slam for sure. All the shrmp were caught on campos live shrimp. Weather is beautiful and fish are eating up. We have openings November and December with the best charter guides in the area. Give us a call.

A TEAM STRIKES AGAIN!!!!!!! Capt Rory and myself had the pleasure of fishing today with a great group of guys from Gaylord Chemical out of Bogaloosa. In my boat was Pat, Nick, Stephen and Doug. Rory's boat had Paul, Mark Craig and Steve. i walked out the door this morning to a 30 knot wind out the NW. It was chilly this morning. Good news was the tide was high and rolling out. We started off in the back of Hopedale and went in further fro there. Fishing Campo's live shrimp tight lined and a popping cork both boats put good boxes of fish together. We ended the day with 150 trout, 14 reds, 2O drum and 6 heads. Capt Rory had some really pretty trout and reds today. Some of the trout looked like they came out of Breton Sound. Check out the dock shots below and see the kind of fish we catch in just about any conditions. Show up with a smile and we will do the rest.

LIGHTS CAMREA ACTION!!!!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Kevin Ford and his cameraman man extraordinaire John.  They called me yesterday and I had a cancellation for today. The rest is history. We got on a few trout bits today. The first was with a Cork and Campos live shrimp. We started off in the back of Hopedale and fished towards Lake Robin. For a change of scenery we crossed over and got into another gooooood trout bite. These fish we caught tight lined with ½ ounce weight on the bottom after we had the show done and Kevin finished picking on me, John was catching them on plastic. John put on a clinic for Kevin when he got out from behind the camera. The guys were cutting up all morning.   They were some pretty fish. GOOD DAY AT THE OFFICE!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with good friends Doug, Chuck, and Tim. They came down last night from the Ocean Springs area, and we got an early start this morning. It was a picture perfect day, light wind, good fall in tide, and plenty fish. We made 3 stops in the back of Hopedale and limited out on speckled trout. With the tide low and falling, I knew it would be tough to go into the ponds for the reds. Made a couple of stops where I catch them in the deep. We put 5 puppy drum and 5 heads in the boat. We ended the day with 100 speckled trout, 5 puppy drum, and 5 heads. The guys are always a lot of fun to fish with and cut up all morning. Capt. Rory, Capt. Mark, and I have limited out just about everyday in fall fishing. Fish are eating up at the beach, come down and let us put you on them.

Captain Mark fished yesterday in the Biloxi Marsh started off in Stump lagoon and went in further from there. He limited out on speckled trout catching 100, He said the water was beautiful in the marsh.  All the fish were caught on Campos live shrimp and a popping cork.  Capt Rory and myself or fishing tomorrow and will let you know how we do.  We had a 2 boat 2 days cancellation this Saturday and Sunday if any one wants to get in on some outstanding fishing. SHELL BEACH REPORT!!!!!Just talked to Capt Rory, He fished the second day with Rick Dan Vickey6 and Janet. They fished back of Hopedale and had a great day. They limited out on speckled trout 125 6 reds and 2 puppy drum. All the fish were caught on Campos live shrimp.  Another great day of fishing down here in SE Louisiana. BEAUTIFUL DAY AT THE BEACH!!!!!! FWTK had 3 boats fishing today.  Capt Rory and Capt Mark helped me out.  Capt Rory got on a good bite early and limited out on speckled trout by 8:40 am.  He fished with  Jessy Mccoy and Dudly Allen  They went after reds early back of hopedale and were not disappointed. They caught 11 reds 3 puppy drum and 4 bass. They could not say enugh about how good the fishing is down here in SE Louisiana. I had the pleasure of fishing today with Rick, Dan and their wives Janet and Vickie. I picked the group up from John Miremonts beautiful house in Fort Beauregard.  We got on a good trout bite early this morning with Rory.  With the strong tide our group was having trouble with the slack in the line.  Rick was on fire early and Dan was having issues with the cork.  I told them that I was going to try something different . I made a move to a bayou off of a bay  odd 4 hourse lake.  Luckily the fish were there and we started putting them in the boat. We were tight lining Campo's live shrimp with a half ounce sinker.  They caught on quick and we started throwing fish in the boat fast. They limited out catching 125 speckled trout, 1 red and 5 flat fish. Capt Mark  fished with Bill Ann and  Joughbourg. He is in town from Sweeden.  They put 60 trout in the boat this morning. The group wanted to catch some reds and Capt Mark put them on 5 reds. Tried to get them to stay on the trout for a while longer but they wanted to show Joughbourg the reds in the ponds. FUN DAY AT THE BEACH! Had the pleasure if fishing today Larry his sons Scott, Ryan and Matt. They guys live in San Antonio,Texas, San Francisco and Georgia. They spent the night in New Orleans and wanted to take their Dad fishing. We got a late start this morning so we missed the morning bite. We made up for it in the afternoon. We got on a good speckled trout bite tight lining Campo's live shrimp. We limited out on speckled trout, 1 red, 3 sheepshead and 5 puppy drum. The trout were slamming the bait as fast as you could get them in the water. Capt Mark fished with me today. He fished with Ben Lay and his wife Kim. They were right across the canal from me and also had a good day. They limited out on speckled trout, 1 red, 5 drum and 4 sheepshead. Weather is great for Fall, no better time to take a fishing trip with your family and friends.

GOOD DAY AT THE BEACH!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with John, John, Tom, and his young son Carson. The group came in from Baton Rouge. Picture perfect day, light wind, and good falling tide. We made 3 stops in the Biloxi Marsh, and limited out on speckled trout. We also had some white trout, 15 puppy drum, 1 red and 2 heads. The fish were eating Campo’s live shrimp as fast as you could put them in the water. The guys had a great time fishing today and that’s what it’s all about. We have openings in November and fishing is about as good as it gets this time of year. My guides and I are putting great boxes of fish together every time we leave the dock. FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!! Capt Rory just got back to the lodge. He fished with Gary Gagliano Terry Peters Metairie and Hattiesburg Bubba , Robin and Mr. Belote. They fished the Biloxi marsh and had a good day.  They limited on trout catching 125 speckled trout 3 reds 3 flounders 10 drum and a 4 heads. All the fish were caught on Campos live shrimp. Some tight lined some on a cork.  The total for three boats today was 330 speckled trout 60 puppy drum 6 reds 3 flounders and a few sheep head.  If you want to put your family friend’s clients on a great fishing trip, the time is now. AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!!!!!! FWTK had 3 boats fishing today. Capt Mark, Capt Rory and myself. In my boat was Ray King AKA Spec King, Ben, Joey and Greg all in from Hattiesburg. Made a 2 stop shop today limiting out on speckled trout catching 125 and 25 beautiful puppy drum. The fish were caught on a popping cork early and tight lined later. All the fish were caugh on Campo's live shrimp. Capt Mark had called me and said he had limited out on drum with a few reds. I went to where he had caught them and they were still there. They were eating all morning on a rising tide. Capt Rory and Capt Mark are still fishing but at last report they both had really good boxes of fish. I will report their numbers later. Check out the pictures that I post everyday. We have an outstanding fish bite going all year. November is the best fall month for fishing. We have openings with great captains.

SHELL BEACH REPORT!!!!! Capt Mark fished this afternoon. He had three anglers and they left the dock around 12 PM. They had a good day limiting out on speckled trout.
They also had 6 pretty reds to go with the box. Capt

KNOCKED EM THIS MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Mike Matrix Jr and his friend Bragg. The guys came in from AL last night and we got an early start this morning. Mike Sr you missed a good day - I hope you are feeling better. We made 2 stops and limited out on speckled trout. We caught 75 trout fast with not many throwbacks. The guys wanted to try and catch a few reds they said 5 would be great. We caught 6 and headed for the lodge. Ended the day with 75 trout and 6 reds. Capt Dane and Capt Mark fished with me today. Dane had crew caught their limit of 75 trout and 1 flounder. Capt Mark had a good box catching 80 trout 2 reds 2 flounders 3 drum and a couple of heads. Every one that fished today could not say enough about how good their captains were and how much fun the had fishing with them. Music to my ears. We are on a great fish bite. We have openings in Oct and November. These have been the best months for fall fishing the last three years. Give us a call for your next fishing adventure.

FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!! Had the pleasure of fishing with Kit Marie from Baton Rouge and his 3 sons Peyton, Jordan, and David. Jordan and David are living in Houston and flew in to spend some time fishing with their Dad. They all came down last night and brought some delicious Gumbo. We ate, watched football, and had a good time sitting around together. I had a slow start this morning on trout as the tide was rising. The guys wanted to catch some redfish so that is what we targeted early. It was a good move as we put 14 beautiful reds in the boat. We must have caught 60 red 15-16 inches. The one’s we kept were all 4-10 lbs. About midday the tide started to fall so we turned our attention to speckled trout. We got into some good trout bites but there were a lot of throwback fish. We ended the day with 14 reds, 57 speckled trout, 3 puppy drum and 2 heads. The guys said it was the most fun they had fishing in a long time. We had a pretty box of fish. Capt Rory limited out on speckled trout catching 75. He also had a good box of puppy drum. When I talked to Capt Ronnie on the radio he had 40 trout and some reds around 11:30 am. Everybody ended up with a good box of fish. We are fishing tomorrow and will post a report. Check out the dock shots and give us a call for your next fishing adventure.

AND THE BEAT GOES ON!!!!! Capt Ronnie had a fun day with Kyle, Lyssy, his wife and young son Logan. They had a blast limiting out on speckled trout catching 100, 5 puppy drum, and 1 redfish. They couldn’t stop saying how much fun they had with Capt. Ronnie.

Capt. Rory fished with 2 anglers today. They limited out on speckled trout catching 75, 7 reds, 2 sheepshead, and 3 puppy drum.

Capt. Dane had 48 trout, 3 reds, and 2 heads. In his boat were Ashton, Christopher, Colby, and Eric. All the fish were caught on Campo’s live shrimp and a popping cork in the Biloxi Marsh.

Capt. Mike had 3 anglers in the Paul Capedapon group today with 19 reds, 3 heads, 30 trout, and 2 puppy drum.

Fishing with the King caught a total of 398 speckled trout, 28 reds, and a good catch of drums and heads today.

FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!!! FWTK had 4 boats fishing again today. In my boat was the Karl Turner group, his brother Bill, friends Ken, Jack and Tony. Jack and Tony had very little fishing experience. It was a picture perfect day in the Biloxi Marsh. The fish ate up Campo’s live shrimp this morning. The guys put a nice box of fish together limiting out on speckled trout. We also had 3 reds and 2 puppy drum. The guys cut up all day and were a blast to fish with. I talked to Capt Ronnie and Rory and they had limited out. Capt Dane said he had a good box of fish going. Couldn’t reach Capt Mike but will post the report later.

YOU GOT TO GO TO KNOW!!! FWTK had 4 boats fishing today. With the 70% chance of rain and the small craft warnings, we didn’t know what to expect this morning. Was pleasantly surprised when the rain was gone, the tide was over the dock. The wind was howling 20 out the west, but I didn’t think that it would matter. The four boats caught a total of 223 speckled trout, 32 reds along with a few puppy drum and sheepshead. In my boat were Joey and Tad. The guys live in Florida and Atlanta. We limited out on speckled trout catching 75, 5 reds and 2 puppy drum.

Capt Ronnie fished with 3 anglers and they had 62 trout, 6 reds, and 3 drum.

Capt Dane had 3 anglers and they caught 60 trout and 1 red.

Capt Mark had 3 anglers and limited out on beautiful reds catching 20 and 26 speckled trout, 4 sheepshead and 2 puppy drum.

Everyone couldn’t say enough about how much fun they had, how many fish they caught with the conditions, and how good their captain were. Music to my ears for sure. All the fish were caught on Campo’s live shrimp and a popping cork. Check out the pictures from today’s catch. Late October and November are the best Fall months to fish. Late report from Shell Beach.  Fished with Frank Mohre, Fishing with the King Monday and Tuesday.  Our annual trip for Hometrust Mortgage Company and the Hopedale marsh was on fire...as usual.  This is about our 7th trip with Capt Frank and same results every time.  Fishing with Capt Frank, Capt Rory and Capt Mark, our group boxed limits of trout for both days along with another 20 - 25 reds.  We are getting spoiled...makes me sick to go back and have to fish Galveston Bay. Day one, we had 100 trout in the box in only an hour;  day two was a little slower and took 2 hours.  But then it was on to the reds.  Even though tide falling and low, we still nailed the reds.  Cant wait to get back to Shell Beach!

BEAUTIFUL DAY IN PARADISE!!!!!!! Any one that wants to get on an outstanding fish bite give us a call. Day number 2 for Home Trust mortgage was another outstanding day of fishing. Capt Rory Capt Mark and I made 1 stop each this morning. We had 275 speckled trout. They were slamming Campos live shrimp as soon as they hit the water. Talk about fun. After we limited out again today we went for reds heads and puppy drum. We ended the day with 275 speckled trout 6 reds 18 puppy drum and 6 heads. Check out the dock shots and give us a call. Two day total 575 speckled trout 16 reds 32 puppy drum 12 heads and 2 flounder. Now we have to get them in their bags so they can fly home. A great group of guys. A good time was had by all!!!!!!! FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!! Home trust Mortgage out of Texas came down for their annual fishing trip. They came down with 9 guys and are fishing for 2 days. WHAT A START!!!!!! In my boat were Buzzy, Scott and Wayne. We picked up Campo's live shrimp on the way out and got on a good trout bite first thing. Called Rory and Mark over and all 3 boats limited out on speckled trout. We fished reds for a while. The tide was low and falling. We ended the day with 300 trout and 10 reds 12 puppy drum 14 sheepshead and 2 flounders for the 3 boats. WHAT A DAY!!!!! Fishing remains outstanding and will only get better through November. RATHER BE LUCKY THEN GOOD!!!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with the Juneau Odenwald group of 6 anglers. I told them the conditions were not good, we should reschedule. With the north 20-30 mph winds forecast I new the water would be low and falling hard. I told them 20-30 fish per boat would be a good day. They called back and said they wanted to go. Capt Dane and I fished the Biloxi Marsh. The wind was howling but the water was fishable. Both boats put together a good box of fish. We ended the day with 100 trout 10 puppy drum 3 reds and 3 heads. Most of my fish were caught in muscle bay. All the fish were caught on Campos live shrimp. Captain Dane fished for me yesterday. His group said lets go. They ended the day with 29 trout. I fished with my brother Capt. Frank Moore yesterday in the Biloxi Marsh. It was very windy but Frank always knows were to find the fish.  It was nonstop action all day. We put 100 Speckle Trout  on ice  and released quite a few.  If you want to enjoy some great fall fishing book a trip with the King.  Look at the photos he post of his trips and you will see what I'm talking about.  Thanks Frank great fun as always!

BREEZY AT THE BEACH! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Larry his wife Kathy and son Aaron. My brother Harry also jumped on. Kathy had never been on a good speckled trout bite so today was her first time. First thing this morning first stop we put 70 speckled trout in the boat by 8 am. Decent fish with only a few throw backs. Made a few moves in the Biloxi Marsh. The wind contiuously picked up all morning and dirty the water of fast in Big Bays. I figured the best shot was to get back in the ponds off of Muscle Bay. This was a good move. We ended the day catching their limit of 100 speckled trout and a bunch of good sized white trout. All the fish were caught on Campo's live shrimp and a popping cork. Also caught fish on shrimp looking artificial bait. The weekend looks iffy at best with the front coming through and the wind picking up. Probably go look for some redfish tomorrow on the other side of the ship channel with the north wind. We will let you know how we do. We have openings in Oct, Nov and Dec. Fishing usually gets good after these fronts come through. Sept and Oct have been outstanding so far with Oct and Nov the best months for fall. Give us a call you will be glad did.

FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!!! Russell's complaint was that the fish were biting so fast he couldn't get a sip of beer. That's a good problem to have. Had the pleasure of fishing today with a fun group of guys Scott, Ronnie and Russell. They came down last night and we got an early start picking up bait from Campo's on the way out. We made 3 moves and had non-stop action. The guys limited out on speckled trout catching 100 plus nice sized white trout that I don't count. They also had 10 beautiful reds that filled the box to the top. Fishing remains outstanding at Shell beach. We are catching lots of trout and redfish. If you want to fill your freezer for the winter and have a good time doing it now is the time. Check out the pictures we post them every time we fish.

SHELL BEACH REPORT!!!!!!!!! Capt Rory fished with me today.  He had three anglers and they had a pretty box of fish. They ended the day with 30 trout 13 drum 8 reds and 1 flounder. The guys said they had a blast and were on there way to BR for the game tomorrow night. We are on a good fish bite. We are catching fish in good conditions and bad. We have openings in Oct and Nov. BREEZY AT THE BEACH!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Joe, Mike and Chris and their sons Brandon in 7th grade and Harrison in 3rd grade. Mike and Joe and their kids are in town from South Florida. The wind was blowing hard when we left the dock and continued to pick up all day. That didn’t stop the guys from catching 150 trout. The amazing thing was that the group had very little if any fishing experience. Dave and I casted the pole for the kids and every time I looked up they had another fish. We had some white trout mixed in the catch but you couldn’t have gotten me out of that spot with a machine gun. They asked about catching redfish. I knew that was going to be tricky at best. The tide was rolling out all morning and dropped a good foot and a half. Made a few stops and caught 3 reds with about 8 throwbacks. The guys did a great job of putting a nice box of fish together in tough conditions. Fishing remains outstanding at the beach. Look at the dock shots we put on everyday. Good conditions or bad we get luck sometimes. Rather be lucky then good.

ABC Sports Outdoors with Don Dubuc check it out tonight. I have known Don a long time but the first time I had the pleasure of fishing with him.  Let me tell you we had a blast. We limited out on trout and reds. FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Lewis, Evan, Spencer and David. The guys came down last night, spent the night, and we got an early start this morning. We made 6 stops in the Biloxi Marsh and got nothing but small fish. Decided to try a spot I hadn’t tried in awhile and the fish were stacked up. The guys had little experience but that didn’t stop them from catching 125 pretty trout. Campo’s live shrimp was the ticket. We have openings in Oct and Nov the best time to fish. Give us a call.

SILVER BULLET GANG INVADES SHELL BEACH!!!!!!!Had the the pleasure of fishing today with Gary and Charles Gagliano along with Ray Big spec King and Frank. Started off in lake borgne. Shrimp jumping every where you looked. No keeper trout on the shore line. We went in and caught a few fish in petes and cutoff. Got on 2 good speckle trout bite today limiting out. THEY WERE EATING AS FAST AS YOU COULD GET THE BAIT IN THE WATER. Not many throwbacks inem. After we limited out on trout the guys asked about redfish. We made a few moves and got on a good redfish bite. Ended the day with 125 speckled trout and 9 beautiful reds. All the fish were caught on Campo's live shrimp on a popping cork. Biloxi Marsh is on fire with Speckled trout and reds. You have the best two months in the fall to fish October and November. BREEZY AT THE BEACH!! Capt Rory had a group of 8 anglers and I helped him out today. We had 4 in a boat. Last night the wind started howling about 10 pm out the North. Got up this morning and it was still blowing. The good news is the water was high and it didn't stop us from catching a bunch of fish. Between the 2 boats we had 160 trout, 20 reds, 5 puppy drum and a couple of sheepshead. Pretty good box of fish considering the conditions we had today. We are on a good fish bite. We have openings in Oct and Nov. These are the best fall months to fish. Take a look at the dock shots that we post everyday and give us a call.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Mike his son Patrick and Patrick’s girlfriend Barbie. They drove in from Baton Rouge and we got an early start this morning. It was a picture perfect day with light wind, good tide and clean water. The group had little experience but caught on quick. We limited out on speckled trout and redfish. We ended the day with 20 reds, 100 speckled trout, 2 puppy drum and 3 sheepshead. Talk about fun. Mike said this was the first time he had limited out on one species let alone two on the same day. We have openings this week. The weather looks great and so is the fishing. Give us a call to book your next fishing adventure.

EXCELLENT DAY IN THE BILOXI MARSH!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with John, Carol, Will, Stephanie and Bill. The group came down and spent the night at the lodge last night and we got an early start this morning. Thought about going back out into Bay Eloie but we had rain and squalls all around. Started off in the Muscle Bay area and went in further from there. Fishing marsh and lagoons we ended the day with 93 speckled trout, 15 reds, 2 heads and 6 puppy drum. All the fish were caught on Campo's live shrimp and a popping cork. The group couldn't say enough about how much fun they had. Next time they will come back with a bigger group - music to our ears. IT'S NOT HOW YOU START IT'S HOW YOU FINISH!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with a great group. Paul AKA PeeWee, Cynthia AKA Fishette, Bonnie AKA Princess were in my boat. Capt Mark fished with Sally, her son Andrew and Paul Sr. The group came in last night and grilled filets. One big happy family that really know how to have a good time. We hit Bay Eloie this morning with perfect conditions. Flat, good tide, pretty water. Moved to all the usual spots that we had been catching fish and they were loaded with giant lady fish. Everywhere we went giant lady fish except for one 5 lb red. Went to the 5 wells to move away from the lady fish and they were there too. Decided to go back into the marsh and get away from them. On the way back in I decided to make one more stop in the dirty water. When I stopped I said watch the fish be in this dirty water. And the rest is history. We got into a really good speckled trout bite. Pretty fish eating really well. We had non-stop action as fast as you could throw out. We ended the trout bite with 121 trout we had some white trout mixed in. The specs were really pretty fish. On the way back to the lodge we made a few stops for reds and put 4 more in the boat. Tried to call Capt Mark on the radio but couldn't get him. He went back into the marsh and put his group on a good catch. They ended the day with 35 trout and 5 reds.

BUSY AT THE BEACH!! Today is day #2 for Empire Scaffolding Co. Captains Mark, Rory and Ronnie fished with me today. The group is staying at John Miremont’s house in Ft. Beauregard. We picked them up early and went in 3 different directions. The 3 boats combined catch was 260 speckled trout, 4 reds, 4 flounders and 2 heads. The 2 day total was 54 reds and 510 trout along with puppy drum, founders and heads. Outstanding action for a bunch of really good guys.

I had the pleasure of fishing today with Brian Heyman his 11 yr old son Eli, Jose and his sons Miguel and Jose age 8 and 11. Brian lives in Baton Rouge and Jose and his kids are in town from San Antonio and had no experience fishing. We got on a couple of good bites today. The group had a blast catching 90 speckled trout and 2 spanish mackerel. We hooked 2 ufo’s that looked to be big reds – one of them spooled Jose Sr. and I grabbed the line and broke it off before the other one got spooled. The kids had an adventure that they will never forget. You gotta love it.

BEAUTIFUL DAY AT THE BEACH!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Empire Scaffolding Group. The group had 3 boats and we picked them up at John Miremont’s place in beautiful Ft. Beauregard. Capt Ronnie and Capt Mike fished with me today. Capt Ronnie went out into the sound and he had a good day. He had 125 trout with white trout mixed in. My guys wanted to catch reds so we went into the Biloxi Marsh. We had a fun day limiting out on reds catching 25 reds, 57 speckled trout and 2 puppy drum. Capt Mike also limited out on reds catching 25 along with 15 speckled trout. The reds were fun to catch in 2 ft or water and less. All the fish were caught on Campo’s live shrimp. We will let you know how he does when he gets back. Check out the pictures and look at the kind of fish we are catching at the beach. Non-stop action and great fun for you and your group. We have opening in the fall with outstanding captains.

FUN FUN FUN!!! Had the pleasure of fishing with Bobby Chandler and friends John, Pat, Joe, Jerry and Tommy from the Big Apple. Some wild and crazy guys. We started off in the Biloxi Marsh near Stump Lagoon and went in further from there. We got on a few good redfish bites and speckled trout in the middle of the ponds. We had non-stop action all morning and ended the day with 35 reds, 4 heads, 27 trout, 4 puppy drum and 2 flounders. Great Day with Good Friends!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today Hydronic Technology. Long time friend and pre-Katrina neighbor Billy Martinez brought down a great group of guys last night. They cooked steaks, hung out and watching football games. There were a total of 8 anglers. In my boat were Ben, Warren, Bean and Billy along with David my first mate. We got on an early trout bite off of Muscle Bay. About 10 minutes after it started we got hit by a 30 mph wind and rain. I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS. The sun was just coming up and it pushed us off our bite. I repositioned the boat and Capt Mark called me with his 4 anglers. He said the reds were going crazy and he was about limited out. I jumped up and ran over to catch the end of the redfish bite putting 10 in the boat. Mark goes to look for the trout and I headed to the spot that I have been catching some pretty reds. When we get there the reds are gone but stacked with Speckled trout. Mostly keepers with a few throwbacks mixed in. We put a nice box of trout together and left them biting to looks for some reds. Made a few moves picking up 2 or 3 here or there. They kept looking at me as I would move when we were catching. Just not what I was looking for. I told them they would know when we are in the right spot. Warren threw out, his bait came off when it hit the water a redfish hit the cork. He wouldn't let go. Wanted to eat the cork. Everyone cast out as soon as they hit the water they were hooked up. The redfish were so thick they hit anything you threw. We had drag screaming line stretching pole bending reds as fast as you threw out. We limited out catching 30 reds in the 3-10 pd range. Beautiful fish and we left them biting. Both boats limited out on reds catching a total of 55, 125 speckled trout, 3 flounders and 3 sheepshead. Talk about a fun day. Te Biloxi Marsh is heating up. The water is black and the fish are golden in color. We have a few openings if anyone wants to get in on some outstanding action.

FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!! Day 2 for the Zachry Group. Tim Don and Clayton were in my boat today. Started off wet and windy. We fished the Biloxi Marsh hitting on a trout bite early. We put 34 trout in the boat with that many throwbacks. After catching reds yesterday the guys wanted to catch reds again today. Made a few moves in the ponds and got on a decent red bite. We ended the day with 16 reds 3- 10 lbs and 34 trout 1 flounder 1 head. . The reds were golden red. The water is beautiful in the marsh and it is really healthy. The tide is very high and rolling in. You could fish anywhere today. The wind picked up after the rain stopped. It is howling 25 – 35 out the NE. Rory is still fishing and will let you know how he did later. FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Michael, Riv, Joseph and Jerry. The guys work for American Airlines out of Dallas. They flew in last night and we got an early start this morning. Looked at the radar, had squalls in the sound so we went straight for the marsh. Made 3 stops and caught 100 speckled trout and a few white trout. The guys had blast catching 16 reds in the 3=10 pound range. The reds were caught in 2 feet of water or less. We fished the reds in lagoons in the Biloxi Marsh. We also had 1 puppy drum and 1 head. The wind picked up pretty early. A big storm came in but missed up. I would rather be lucky then good. We have openings in the Fall. We have been on an outstanding bite all summer. Nice catches of trout and reds. One call that's all. We will put you and your group on the fish!!!!!

Fun Sunday on the Beach. Jim Fairbairn and his two sons were my crew for the day. They knew we were looking at some not so good conditions, but still wanted to give it a shot since they were in town from Houston and had nothing better to do. To our surprise the sky was mostly clear and the wind not bad. We started out in Machias and got a few good Trout. When this bite died we headed out and hit a few rigs in Black Bay and the Sound with no luck. By now there were storms building and we had to run around a few to get back into the marsh. The guys caught lots of fish as the action was fast. Only thing lots of under sized Trout and Reds, with some good ones mixed in. They had a blast with every cast action till we were out of bait and worn out taking home 41 Trout and 7 Reds.

FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Charles and Jimmy Campo Daouvran and Visily. Charles and Jimmy liv4e in New Orleans and D and V or in town from Siberia. They mind diamonds above the Artic circle. We had a fun day catching 78 trout and 18 reds. The trout were mixed in size with whites mixed in. The reds were all 3 -10 pounds. They were knocking the cork out the water. The guys from Siberia. Iberia had little experience. They were having a blast fishing the reds and did well on the trout. All the fish caught in the Biloxi marsh on Campos live shrimp.

Capt Mark fished with me today. He fished with the Bill Monsted group of 4 anglers. They also had a good day catching 18 reds they could keep along with puppy drum trout and flounders. Capt. Mark said they had trouble catching reds under 27 inches. A good problem to have. It was windy again today and the tide was high. We got caught in the rain this morning but that did not stop the fish from biting. They were already wet. In side out side we can put you on a fishing trip you and your group will not forget. FUN DAY AT THE BEACH!!! Had the pleasure if fishing today Kevin John, Kevin John and John Kevin they are great friends and brother in laws. They might have changed their names to protect the guilty. To top it off all of their birthdays are this week. They came in town from Texas as a birthday present for themselves. Another windy day at the beach 15 plus out the Northeast with a high tide. That didn't stop us from putting a good box of fish together. We ended the day with 96 trout and 7 pretty reds with some white trout. Lots of small speckled trout in the marsh right now. The marsh is really healthy and it should be a good fall season. I am not done with the sound yet. You have to make the best out of the hand you are dealt. The guys are a great bunch of guys. They cut up all day on the boat.

BREEZY AT THE BEACH!!!!! Woke up this morning to 15-20 out the North. Hate it when that happens. The good news, high tide rising. Had the pleasure of fishing today with the Brian Haymen, Rich Tom and RA. We had a slow start this morning. We caught a few fish here and there. We started off in Stump Lagoon and went in further from there. We got on a couple of decent trout bites. We ended the day with 82 trout. We had some white mixed in. We also had a bunch of throwbacks. The guys wanted to catch some reds so we fished the windward shoreline in a couple of ponds and caught 7 reds in the 3-8 lb range. Pretty fish coming out golden red. All the fish were caught on Campos live shrimp and a cork. We are fishing tomorrow and will post a report. Hope the wind dies down and we can get out side. I will let you know.

GREAT TIME WITH GREAT FRIENDS!! Had the pleasure of fishing today with Ricky Cabalero, his brother Danny proud owners of D.A. Pet Control, Mike Voight, John Porter and Spike. Talk about a fun trip. We have been friends for over 40 years. They came down last night grilled steaks and asparagus; boy was it good. Got up this morning to a 15 knot wind out the SW. We got into the boat and got hit by 20 minutes of heavy rain. The good news was that we were still sitting under the shed. My friends like to roll the dice so they said go for it. The fish didn’t care they were already wet. We got on a couple of good trout bites today with not so good conditions. We ended the day with 93 trout and 1 red. At 11 AM, they said they had enough, had a great time, and let’s head back to the beach. They booked another trip for next month.

Capt Mark and Capt Rory are still fishing. As I said the conditions aren’t great but we will let you know how they do.
