The Following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all postings and those who are involved in transactions, through selling, buying or trading at the RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds site.

It is hereby also understood that any person posting or participating in any transaction at RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds will have been presented with this disclaimer and terms of use prior to doing so and, as such, be subject to its terms as indicated below.

Buyers, sellers and traders at RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds agree that they are representing themselves, their products and intentions clearly & accurately and to the best of their ability & in good faith at all times. RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds acts as the venue for buyers, sellers & traders to list and make offers on items. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers, sellers & traders. We are not "agents" or "representatives" or act on behalf of and for RodnReel / RodnGun, nor are we officially sanctioned by RodnReel / RodnGun.

Be advised, we have no control as to the safety, quality, or legality of the items posted, nor the truth or accuracy of the listings or the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. No guarantee exists that a transaction between buyer or seller will actually be completed. Further, RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds provides no authentication or screening as to the true identity or legitimacy of buyers or sellers. We do however, provide a "feedback" program so individuals may post their remarks as to their dealings with any sellers or traders . It is up to you to handle any and all matters of this kind with those whom you conduct transactions with, and to be aware of all risks when dealing with persons unknown.

ALWAYS USE JUDGEMENT AND EXTREME CAUTION BEFORE SENDING MONEY TO STRANGERS IN ADVANCE.

ALL INFORMATION YOU POST WITHIN THE CONTENT OF YOUR AD OR WITHIN ANY REPLY OR POSTING TO AN AD IS ACCESSIBLE BY ANYONE BROWSING THE WEBSITE AND THEREFORE PUBLIC INFORMATION. DO NOT POST INFORMATION WHICH IS CONFIDENTIAL TO YOU OR OTHERS, (I.E. PHONE NUMBERS, EMAIL, PHYSICAL ADDRESSES INFORMATION) THAT YOU WISH NOT TO BE SHARED OR VIEWED BY OTHERS.

The RodnReel.com/RodnGun.com Classifieds are not involved in the actual transactions between buyers, sellers and traders. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us, from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

You are entirely responsible and liable for all postings to RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds deleting your postings. You agree not to do any of the following requests while posting an ad to RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds.

• harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person or entity.
• transmit via RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds any information, data text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials ("Content") that RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• impersonate in RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds any business or person, living or dead, famous or not;
• intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds or in connection with your use of RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds in any matter.

We reserve the right to move ads to their appropriate categories, or to delete or edit ads considered to be spam, unsuitable to the general public or in bad taste. We reserve the absolute right to delete or edit ads purely at our own discretion and at any time, without permission or without any prior notice.

RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds may also at its discretion, delete ads which appear to be suspicious for whatever reason, and may do this without prior notice. Ads may be posted up to 30 days. 30 days after an ad has been posted, it will automatically be deleted. Ads may be reposted again after it's deletion.

RodnReel / RodnGun Classifieds collects the email address of both members and persons responding to member ads, and will add these addresses to its mailing list for newsletters or announcements.

We try our best to add all the categories we can think of, but we may miss some now and then. If you can't find a relevant category for your posting listed on the site, go ahead and post your item in the 'other' sub-section. We review the site regularly and will create the category for you and move your item there.
